How do I book?

Choose your session type (Studio or In-Home), pick an available time, complete the short questionnaire, e‑sign the agreement, and pay the 50% retainer to reserve your date. After you book, we’ll confirm any prep details by text, phone, or email—whichever you prefer.

What’s included in a session?

Both Studio and In-Home include:

• A calm, dog‑led photo session

• A private digital download gallery

• 10 professionally curated and retouched images

Optional upgrades (extra images, motion, framed wall art) are available if you want them.

What’s the difference between Studio and In‑Home?

Studio is a controlled environment with cinematic lighting and a clean, timeless look.

In‑Home brings the studio look to you (portable setup), and you can also choose environmental portraits in meaningful areas of your home—your dog’s favorite window, couch, backyard, etc

How many dogs can I bring?

Sessions are designed for one dog. Additional dogs from the same household can be added (see add‑ons). If your dogs need separate pacing or space, we’ll plan accordingly.

When will I receive my images?

• Final retouched images: delivered in 3-5 business days after you select your 10 favorites

Rush delivery is available if you need it sooner (see add‑ons).

Do you offer framed prints and wall art?

Yes. We carry frame samples and we’ll show you sizing and options at the end of your session so you can see what it looks like in real life. If you want to order, you can place the artwork order through your Pixieset gallery.

Do you offer video/motion?

Yes. Motion options are available as add‑ons (15‑second motion portrait, 30‑second reel, and 60‑second short film by quote). You can decide after booking or after your session.

What are the add‑ons and upgrades?

Add‑ons are optional. Options include:

• Additional retouched images / bundles

• Motion portrait / reel / short film

• Additional dog (same household)

• Rush delivery

• Framed wall art (multiple sizes)

How does payment work?

A 50% retainer is required to reserve your session time. The remaining balance is due after the session. Any optional add‑ons or framed art are purchased separately if you choose them.

What is your reschedule/cancellation policy?

Changes must be made at least 72 hours before your session time. Retainers are non‑refundable, but can be transferred once within 60 days, subject to availability.

Are there travel fees for In‑Home?

San Diego metro is included. Orange County and Los Angeles have travel fees. If you’re outside those areas, reach out and we’ll quote travel based on location and timing.

Do you offer Story Sessions?

Story Sessions are offered by request only. If you’re interested in a more documentary, environmental experience, reach out and we’ll discuss availability and fit.

What should I bring to the session?

Bring:

• A leash/collar or harness

• High‑value treats (small, soft treats work best)

• A favorite toy (if your dog loves toys)
